Tooth brushing is scrubbing teeth w/ a TB, usually w/ TP. It can be done w/ a mTB or eTB
Toothpaste is ordinarily used, and can include:
Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief, which contains K salts that soothe and desensitive the nerve endings in teeth to significantly lessen sensitivity pain over time
Sensodyne, which contains K which soothes the nerves, providing sensitivity protection
Flossing is removing plaque and food particles from between the teeth and below the gums, and includes:
